 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 9–12 (role dependent)

• Retail or food handling experience (advantage)

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work weekends & shifts

• Physically fit (for butchery/packing roles)

• Hygiene & safety awareness

• South African ID

 Key Duties

Butchery Assistants / Blockmen:

• Cutting & preparing meat

• Portioning & packaging

• Maintaining hygiene standards

Packers / General Workers:

• Wrapping & labelling meat

• Stock handling

• Cleaning work areas

Cashiers / Shop Assistants:

• Serving customers

• Processing payments

• Merchandising displays

Supervisors:

• Overseeing store operations

• Managing staff

• Stock & quality control
