ROLE OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Petrol Attendants
Petrol Attendants are the face of the Shell Garage forecourt. They interact directly with customers and are responsible for ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient fueling experience.
Key responsibilities may include:

Assisting customers with refueling vehicles

Ensuring accurate handling of cash and card transactions where applicable
