 Key Responsibilities

Sales Associates:

• Assist customers with footwear & apparel selection

• Achieve sales targets

• Maintain store presentation

Cashiers:

• Process payments & returns

• Handle POS system

• Provide friendly checkout service

Stockroom Staff:

• Receive & unpack stock

• Organise inventory

• Replenish sales floor

Supervisors/Managers:

• Lead store team

• Manage sales performance

• Ensure merchandising standards
