Job Purpose
As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, assisting customers with purchases, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organised.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting customers with product inquiries

Operating the till and handling payments

Replenishing stock on shelves

Ensuring store cleanliness and organisation

Monitoring product displays and pricing

Supporting promotional campaigns

Minimum Requirements

Grade 10 / Grade 11 / Matric (Grade 12)

South African ID

Ability to work retail hours (weekends & public holidays)

Presentable and professional appearance

No criminal record
Retail experience is an advantage but not always required.
