This programme is aimed at empowering unemployed rural youth with skills, leadership training, and career development opportunities in traffic law enforcement and public service.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
✔ Be a South African citizen
✔ Be between 18 and 35 years old
✔ Possess a Grade 12 certificate or Statement of Results
✔ Hold a valid Code B driver’s licence
✔ Have no criminal record
✔ Be medically fit and willing to undergo physical assessments
✔ Reside within the Johannes Phumani Phungula Local Municipality area and be unemployed
Required Documents
Applicants should submit:
- Certified copy of South African ID
- Grade 12 certificate or Statement of Results
- Updated CV with at least two contactable references
- Proof of residence from a Traditional Council or Municipal Councillor
- Fully completed and signed application form
