POSITION: FLIGHT ATTENDANTS / CABIN CREWS
Flight Attendants play a critical role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort onboard. This is a safety-sensitive role that requires professionalism, confidence, and the ability to perform under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety & Compliance

Conduct pre-flight cabin checks

Demonstrate safety procedures

Ensure passenger compliance with aviation regulations

Respond effectively to emergencies

Administer first aid when required

Maintain high safety standards at all times
Customer Service

Welcome passengers onboard

Assist with seating and luggage
-
Provide onboard refreshments and service
-
Address passenger queries and concerns
-
Deliver a warm, professional travel experience
Operational Duties

Complete required reports and documentation

Communicate effectively with flight deck crew

Maintain cabin presentation and cleanliness

Represent Airlink professionally at all times
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

South African citizen with valid SA ID
-
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
-
Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
-
Clear criminal record
-
Medically fit
-
Ability to swim
-
Professional and well-groomed appearance
-
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Valid passport (advantageous)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Previous customer service experience

Hospitality or tourism background

Valid Cabin Crew License (if applicable)
