Clover South Africa is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for the Clover Learnerships 2026, a structured skills development programme designed to equip participants with practical workplace experience and nationally recognised industry skills.

ABOUT THE CLOVER LEARNERSHIPS 2026
The Clover Learnership Programme combines theoretical learning with hands-on workplace training in a real operational environment. Successful candidates will gain exposure to Clover’s daily operations while developing essential technical and workplace skills that improve long-term employability.
📌 Duration: 12 Months
📌 Stipend: R5 000 per month
📌 Location: Nationwide (All Provinces)
The monthly stipend assists learners with transport and basic living expenses while they focus on completing the programme.
FIELDS OF TRAINING AVAILABLE
Learners will be placed in one of the following key operational areas:

Wholesale and Retail Distribution

Packing and Manufacturing
These areas are critical to Clover’s supply chain and operations. Learners will gain practical experience in product handling, quality control, safety standards, teamwork, productivity, and workplace discipline within a large-scale organisation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for the Clover Learnerships 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be a South African citizen

Must be between 18 and 40 years old

Must have successfully completed Grade 12

Must be currently unemployed

Must not be registered for any other learnership or study programme

Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme
